Private Label Hemp-Fiber Sanitary Pads

Most pads compete on absorbency. We compete on the one layer that actually touches the skin. A hemp-fiber top sheet with zero chemical additives — engineered, tested and manufactured under your brand, from construction to shelf-ready artwork.

Category Differentiation

The discomfort problem sits in the top sheet — not the absorbent core

Generic pads solve function with additives: fragrance, cooling agents, antimicrobial finishes, botanical essences. Those substances sit against mucosal skin for hours. Our approach subtracts instead — a hemp-fiber top sheet whose performance comes from fibre geometry rather than chemistry.

Hollow-fibre breathability

Hemp fibre is naturally hollow and multi-porous. Measured air permeability reaches roughly three times that of standard cotton, which is why heat and moisture do not accumulate against the skin.

Inhibition without chemistry

Hemp contains naturally occurring phenolic compounds. Combined with the porous structure, the fibre suppresses bacterial proliferation without a chemical antimicrobial finish — no additive to leach into the skin.

Third-party laboratory, experimental conditions2

Odour control by removal

Perspiration plus bacteria produces trimethylamine — the source of odour. By lowering both moisture and bacterial load, measured deodorisation against trimethylamine reaches 96.5% without perfume.

Third-party laboratory, experimental conditions2

Verifiable, Not Verbal

Third-party tested against the Chinese national standard

Every figure below is drawn from independent laboratory reports. Full test reports and the corresponding Certificate of Analysis can be released under NDA for your due-diligence file, and re-testing in a laboratory of your choice can be arranged before mass production.

Note on claims: performance figures are valid under the stated test conditions and Chinese GB methodology. Wording used on pack and in advertising must be adapted to the destination market’s requirements — our regulatory team reviews your label copy before artwork release.

Product Architecture

Five functional layers, 0.08 cm thin

A breathable top sheet alone does not make a sellable pad. The core must move fluid away quickly enough that the surface stays dry. Our construction pairs a fast-wicking hemp/cotton spunlace surface with a dual-material transfer core, so the skin-side layer stays comfortable through extended wear.

  • Hemp/cotton blend spunlace, 40-mesh, zero chemical additives
  • Dual-material transfer core: SAP + expanded tissue for rapid pull-down
  • Breathable backsheet that vents moisture instead of trapping it
  • 3D contoured side guards for leak containment during movement

OEM / ODM Scope

What you can actually specify

Two engagement models. OEM: you supply the specification and artwork, we manufacture to tolerances and documentation. ODM: you select from our validated constructions, we adapt size, absorbency and surface to your price band and market positioning.

Surface & material

Hemp-fibre or hemp/cotton blend top sheet as standard; alternative spunlace surfaces available where the target market requires a different material story.

Absorbency & thickness

Core weight and SAP loading tuned per SKU and per flow tier, from liner-grade to overnight. Target thickness and softness can be traded against cost.

Wings, guards & fit

Winged or wingless, 3D side guards, contour profile, adhesive pattern and release-paper format.

Packaging & artwork

Flow-wrap sachets, zip pouches, rigid boxes, multipacks and combination gift boxes. Private-label artwork, barcodes (EAN/UPC/FNSKU), lot coding and market-specific warning text.

Documentation pack

Third-party test reports, Certificate of Analysis per batch, material declarations, patent certificates and free-sale documentation for customs and marketplace onboarding.

Regulatory review

Label and claim review against the requirements of your destination market before artwork is released — including wording restrictions on antimicrobial and health-adjacent claims.

Minimum order quantity

MOQ depends on SKU, packaging format and whether artwork tooling is new. Tell us your target volume and launch market — we return a workable MOQ and unit price rather than a fixed catalogue number.

Quality System

Controlled from raw fibre to sealed carton

Production runs in a high-cleanliness workshop on fully servo-driven lines. Incoming raw materials, in-process semi-finished rolls and finished cartons are each sampled against defined limits, with a retained sample per batch for traceability.

01

Two invention patents behind the top sheet

The hemp top sheet is not a marketing concept layered onto an existing pad. It is protected technology: a hemp antibacterial hygiene article and a hemp composite spunlace nonwoven.

02

Zero-added declaration

No formaldehyde, optical brightener, bleaching agent, fragrance, heavy metal, plasticiser or chemical antimicrobial agent is added to the top sheet — declared per material, verifiable by test.

03

Raw material origin you can print

Hemp is sourced from Heilongjiang, China’s principal hemp cultivation region, where the crop is grown with low dependence on pesticides and chemical fertiliser. Origin documentation is available for brand storytelling.

What we do not claim

We do not describe the product as a medical device, as therapeutic, or as “FDA approved”. Registration, listing and claim requirements differ by market; our role is to supply the technical file and review your copy, while the legal manufacturer of record remains aligned with your chosen route to market.

NPD Workflow

From brief to container in five controlled steps

01

Brief & feasibility

Target market, price band, flow tiers, certification needs. We map the brief onto a validated construction.

02

Sampling

Physical samples of the agreed construction, with test data, before any tooling commitment.

03

Artwork & label review

Dielines, barcodes and claim wording checked against destination-market rules before print release.

04

Mass production

Servo-driven lines with in-process inspection, batch COA and retained samples per lot.

05

Export & delivery

Carton marking, palletisation, marketplace prep where required, and shipping documents for customs clearance.
